This section contains information about my Terms Of Service regarding Commissions, and are always summarised at the beginning of my Commission Forms. By commissioning me for any of my services, it means that you have agreed to my terms.

▫️Rig - Only ServicesFor Rig-Only commissions, along with specifications about how you would like your model to move, I will also need the contact information of your model artist. This is needed to verify whether the model art is legitimate, and not misused or stolen. It may also be necessary if there are any problems with the art that need to be altered.If models have not been cut adequately, and the artist cannot alter the art, I may refuse your commission. You can request that I do further cutting of the artmesh, perhaps if you are the artist and have little experience in cutting, but this will incur additional charges. However, if I don't believe that you are the owner of the model art, I will refuse service.I will not work on any models that have been AI generated. Inspiration from AI generated art if fine, but I will not accept an AI model as is.▫️Stolen / Misused Model ArtUnfortunately, there are cases where model art is stolen or misused. If this happens in my Rig commissions, I will try to contact the original artist if possible, cancel your commission, and you will be black-listed. If the commission is finished, I will release the finished model for free-use.▫️Art - Only ServicesFor this service, I would appreciate the contact information of your chosen rigger, or that you pass on my information in-case of any problems.I am also happy to work with model drafts/ concept designs from other artists with their expressed permission.▫️RefundsRefunds for commissioned models are possible, but are handled through third party websites that I use for managing business transactions. Please see my “Commission Forms” under the “Commission Process and Forms” page for which third party websites I use, and make sure to check their payment and refund policies!Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds on my adoptable models, but I may be able to make minor rigging revisions (free of charge) if you find any problems. Please contact me if this is the case, and I’ll see what I can do!▫️Re-Selling
Re-selling one of my models is allowed, provided you have gotten permission from me beforehand. I do not have any stipulations about re-sale pricing, but please let me know who my models are passed onto.▫️PrivacyFor all the models I work on, I post showcases on all my social platforms, which is a condition that must be agreed to when commissioning me. As the client, I extend the option to decide if I promote your model according to my schedule timeline, or wait to post the showcase until after your debut date. This option comes with no extra cost.As finished commissioned models will be sent though Google Drive or an alternative method via a third party website, only you and I will have access to your model. I will only use commissioned models for showcases. Commissioned models may also appear in WIP posts, but only with the consent of the client.Beyond this, I will not use your model in any way, and all your personal details used for your commission (email address/ social media accounts) will not be contacted after the commission is complete. All personal details are kept confidential, even if a commission is cancelled/refused.If you would like to keep in contact with me after your commission, please feel free to do so! Services & Payment

As a Live2D Artist and Rigger, I can provide models that are drawn and rigged by myself. These come in the form of Full Body and Half Body models with add-ons you can pick and choose from. The prices listed below are baseline prices; depending on the complexity and features of your model, this price may increase.

▫️Unconventional models may be considered depending on complexity; this may include non-human models, and models that are smaller/larger than average. Prices for these kinds of models vary case by case, so please feel free to contact me beforehand if you have any questions or to request a quote. This also applies to NSFW models, which I may agree to make depending on the degree of NSFW-ness. Bust-up and Chibi Models also considered!▫️Art Only/Rig OnlyI am happy to also do solely art or rig work for a model, and prices for these services will vary case by case. Please refer to my service prices above to get an idea of how much your commission will likely cost, but feel free to contact me for a quote before filling in a commission form!▫️Pre-Made ModelsI like to make pre-made models every now and then, which are usually up for sale on my Ko-fi~
Check them out if you're interested, they are typically priced much lower than what I charge for commissions, so it may be a good place to start for some of you!▫️PaymentPayments for both commissions and adoptables are done via third party websites, which offer multiple methods of payment. However, this means that the price of the commission and/or adoptable is paid in full, as a one-time purchase.
Having a third party mediator means that your money is held by them until your commission is finished and you are happy with it, and protects both myself and clients should any disputes arise or refunds are requested. Please also refer to the "Refunds" section under "TOS & Privacy" for more information.

Aside from choosing options from my list of services, I have a few other questions that I ask in my commission forms to help me get a better idea of your model:

Other questions are related to contact details and debut/showcase dates. It’s all pretty straightforward, but if you have any queries, I’m happy to answer any questions you have!

▫️ConsultationsOnce a commission form has been completed and the price has been settled, it can take up to a week for me to contact you about reference pictures. Once we have all of that sorted, it may take me around 1-2 weeks to send you a concept sheet of your model, complete with a rough main design, possibly some design variations, and colour palette ideas. This will be our first consultation, and you can suggest any changes and adjustments that you would like to see; I may also suggest some ideas, but ultimately it is your model and I want to make sure that you’re happy and excited about your commission.Having a custom model made is very personal and not cheap, so please let me know if there is anything you’re unhappy with and we can work out a solution together! To this end, the more specific your idea, and the more reference pictures you can provide me, the easier time I’ll have creating your model - so please don't feel like you may be overwhelming me! Send as many details as you can!👍👍I only allow for 1 full revision after the initial draft, where I will ask if you want to add or change anything, which will be amended in the final draft. I'll send you updates throughout the entire process, so rest assured that I'll keep you as involved in your commission as possible!▫️Finished CommissionsOnce the model has been finished, I will send you an image and video preview of your model for you to check, and if you’re happy with it, I can send the model file.
It is difficult to estimate how long it takes to make a model as it varies case by case, but generally, the entire process should take 10-12 weeks after consultations. I will always do my best to update my clients on how their commission is progressing, and how long it may take me to finish.

Please save your model file safely, and in a place you can easily find. I would recommend saving a copy of your model file in case you want to alter any physics or parameters in your tracking software.All models are made and set up for Vtube Studio, so if you intend on using your commissioned model in another program, please let me know so I can send you the model file before I make the adjustments I usually do in Vtube Studio.
I’m afraid I may not be able to help with any issues you may have setting up and using your model if you use a different program, so please keep that in mind!Additionally, I typically rig for IOS tracking, so let me know if you are planning to use a webcam so I can modify certain things to make it easier for you.
